Accurate, build-ready 3D geometry for visualization, fabrication, or coordination — modeled with real dimensions and real intent, not sculpted to look convincing from one camera angle.

Two kinds of 3D, and the difference matters

There is 3D that exists to be looked at, and 3D that exists to be built from. The first can cheat: hollow geometry, floating parts, dimensions that are close enough. The second cannot.

ARIA models the second kind by default. If all you need is something photogenic we can do that too and it will be cheaper — but if there is any chance the model gets used downstream for fabrication, coordination, or analysis, it should be built correctly the first time.

What you get

  • Fabrication-ready assemblies — parts and assemblies modeled with real material thickness, tolerances, and joinery.
  • Model conversion and repair — geometry translated between platforms, with the mesh errors, gaps, and non-manifold surfaces cleaned up rather than passed along.
  • Modeling from drawings — 2D plans, sections, and details turned into coordinated 3D.
  • Models prepared for downstream use — 3D print prep, CNC-ready geometry, and export packaging for rendering or game-engine pipelines.
  • One-off odd jobs — the part nobody else will quote. Custom fixtures, retrofit brackets, robotics components, display and exhibit geometry.

Format and platform

Deliverables come back in your native format. We work across Revit, Inventor, Fusion, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks-compatible neutral formats, and we hand over STEP, IGES, IFC, OBJ, FBX, or STL depending on where the model is going next. Tell us the destination at quoting time — a model built for a renderer and a model built for a CNC are not the same model, and building the wrong one is an expensive way to find out.

Where this fits

Common questions

What format will I get the model in?

Whatever you need. Native source files plus neutral exports — STEP, IGES, IFC, OBJ, FBX, STL. Tell us the downstream use at quoting time so the model is built for it.

Can you model from photographs or a physical sample?

Often, yes, with limits. Photos give proportion but not precision. If dimensional accuracy matters, send measurements or a scan — otherwise we will state clearly what is measured and what is estimated.

Do you model for 3D printing?

Yes, including print prep — watertight geometry, wall thickness checks, and orientation and support considerations if you tell us the process.

Will you take on genuinely weird one-offs?

Yes. Some of the most interesting work here is the part nobody else would quote. Describe it and you will get an honest answer about whether we are the right desk for it.
