Modeling, not just clicking
A Revit model is only worth what you can pull out of it. A model that looks right in 3D but schedules wrong, tags wrong, and falls apart when someone changes a level is a liability dressed as a deliverable.
ARIA builds models that hold up: correct categories, working parameters, sensible worksets, level and grid discipline, and views that produce documentation without a fight.

- LOD 100 through 400 — scoped explicitly, because “a Revit model” means five different things to five different people. We agree the LOD in writing before starting.
- Family creation — parametric families built properly, with the parameters you asked for and nothing hard-coded that should flex.
- Federated models and clash detection — Navisworks coordination with a clash report you can actually act on, grouped by system and severity rather than 4,000 raw hits.
- Model cleanup and audit — warning reduction, purge, orphaned element cleanup, worksharing repair, and performance recovery on models that have become slow.
- Sheet and documentation setup — views, schedules, tags, and sheets generated from the model instead of drawn on top of it.
Where BIM outsourcing usually goes wrong
Two failure modes, both avoidable. The first is LOD ambiguity: the client expects fabrication-ready geometry, the modeler delivers generic placeholders, and everyone is annoyed. We fix that by writing the LOD into the quote per system, not per project.
The second is model hygiene. Outsourced models frequently arrive with in-place families everywhere, elements modeled in the wrong category, and 900 warnings. Those problems surface three months later when someone tries to schedule. Our delivery checklist includes a warning count, a category audit, and a purge — and we tell you the numbers rather than hiding them.

How engagements are structured
Fixed scope for a defined model. Hourly when the scope is still forming. Monthly retainer when you have steady overflow and want reserved capacity with priority turnaround. Whichever you pick, the price and the LOD are agreed before modeling starts.
Common questions
What LOD do you model to?
Whatever the project needs — we scope it explicitly per system before starting, from LOD 100 conceptual massing through LOD 400 fabrication-level geometry. Ambiguous LOD is the most common reason outsourced BIM disappoints, so we put it in writing.
Can you work inside our Revit template and shared parameters?
Yes. Send the template and shared parameter file and we work in your environment. If you use a BIM execution plan, send that too and we will follow it.
Do you do clash detection or just modeling?
Both. We can federate the models in Navisworks, run and filter clashes, and return a prioritized report — or just model and hand off to your VDC lead.
Can you fix a model somebody else broke?
Yes, and it is a common request. We audit first and tell you what we found and what it will take before committing. Sometimes repairing is right; occasionally remodeling is genuinely cheaper, and we will say so.
